Account Executive - Legal Services

Remote: Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, NY-Metro

Job Summary

Our client is revolutionizing the way court reporting and litigation support services are done.

They are seeking mid to senior-level Account Executives who are experts at building trusted relationships with target clients and know how to design the right sell for each opportunity. The right candidate has litigation support sales experience, is metrics-focused, and a results-oriented revenue driver.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive new and existing business, track sales targets, and be personally accounting to KPIs.

  • Conduct virtual demonstrations of the company's litigation software solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients while building trusted and lasting relationships.

  • Monitor and analyze client use of services, proactively increasing adoption and cross-selling.

  • Act as a voice of the field to provide feedback on market needs

  • Attend company-sponsored events and client functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Court Reporting, or relevant Account Management or Sales experience.

  • Experience selling to law firms is a MUST.

  • You’re a high-activity, metrics-focused salesperson. You should understand the concepts of a predictable revenue model and can adapt your experience to meet specific sales targets.

  • Experience with case or matter management software solutions.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRMs, and digital-first communication are a must.

  • You should be skilled in solution selling, have exceptional listening skills, verbal and written communications skills, and presentation skills. We don’t just mean that you can make a mean PowerPoint - verbal reasoning skills are critical in our sales environment.

  • You have the desire to work with a fast-paced and quickly growing tech start-up and you’re enthusiastic about the opportunity for growth within the company.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $85k - $110k. OTE: $150k year 1
